About this Hall
Mecca Bingo Devonport is located in the North Shore area of the seaside resort which makes it easily accessible by car, bus, or the nearby train station.
There are 2000 comfortable seats in the huge venue, as well as plenty electronic terminals that can be used to play Mecca Max. Promotions, bonuses, competitions, and giveaways will keep everyone happy here, plus there are numerous events and trips that you can participate in throughout the year.
There is a great range of food to choose from at the cafe including some rather delicious desserts too. There are two bars where you pick up a drink, sit back and take a short break, or for a brief change of scenery why not go and have a few spins on the fun arcade machines. Disabled guests will find parking, easy access, seating, and toilets, plus hearing loops are available if required.
Places to Park Nearby
This Mecca Bingo outlet is located right on a front street, so parking can look like an issue at first glance. However, there’s a decent number of parking spaces further down Fore Street, and multiple alleys that have room for multiple regular-sized cars. There are less exposed parking spaces on Phelps Road and Granby Way, both only one street away in opposite directions.
However, there aren’t many full-sized car parks in the area. Many of them are in the centre of Plymouth, over half an hour away on foot, so public transport is recommended if you use them.
Other Bingo Halls Nearby
The nearest bingo hall to Davenport’s Mecca Bingo is a Buzz Bingo, located 8 minutes away by car. The only other bingo hall in the area is ABC, which is 17 minutes away, most of which is spent on the Devon Expressway – making it hard to reach on foot.
A Boosters casino is only two streets away from this Mecca Bingo outlet, taking as little as four minutes for the average person to reach on foot. Although you have to cross the wide Park Avenue, you can quite easily reach it both with and without a vehicle.
The rest of the casinos are further towards the centre of Plymouth: there’s Sloopy’s Casino Slots, Grosvenor Casino, Merkur Cashino and the Futurama Casino. All of them are under two miles away, but you’ll probably want to drive or take public transport, since the street layout between them might force you to walk for half an hour if you’re going there on foot.
Betting Shops Nearby
Near the Boosters mentioned earlier is a Ladbrokes betting shop, easily reachable on foot and positioned right on the corner. Another Ladbrokes is available further up Park Avenue, and two more can be found nearer the city centre. This area itself hosts a Coral two Betfreds and three William Hills, all within walking distance of one another.
There’s a third Betfred on Devonport Road, north-east of the Mecca Bingo. If you’re willing to take a ferry, there’s also one at Torpoint across the River Tamar, but it’ll take longer than walking to the other nearby outlet.
