Travel and Parking Information

Unable to park up at the Mecca Bingo itself?  Don’t worry.  Southend has plenty of other facilities and zones where you can easily get to and from the bingo hall.

For example, be sure to check out the Short Street facility, as well as the car parking zones at Queensway, Essex Street and Warrior Square.

Not driving to Southend?  Then you’ll want to either take a bus or coach linked from nearby towns and cities or make a beeline for the main train station.

Southend Victoria is closer to Mecca Bingo, however, you’ll also find Southend Central, Southend East and Prittlewell terminals to be fairly easy to access.  Take your pick!

Nearby Bingo Halls

Southend has a few gaming centres and amusement arcades, however, for real bingo action, you may have to head elsewhere.  Mecca Bingo is unique in the town in this regard!  However, do be sure to take a look at the Rio Bingo in Canvey Island, as well as the sister Mecca branch on Sittingbourne’s High Street.

There is also a Kings Bingo on Broadway out in Sheerness.  It might be a little way to travel, but you’ve got to get your bingo fix!

Casinos Nearby

You’ll be pleased to hear that Southend has plenty of gaming action available for you elsewhere.  There is the Rendezvous Casino on the Eastern Esplanade, as well as a Genting Casino nearby.

These are both fantastic brands for authentic Vegas gaming – give them a look!  You should also check out the super-classy Grosvenor Casino on Church Road.

Local Betting Shops

If you’re interested in putting a few bets on after some bingo action, head to the High Street.  There’s a William Hill at 174 and a Betfred at 129, both of which are near to Southend’s Mecca branch.

There’s another Betfred, perhaps even closer, at 18-22 London Road.  You may also want to check out the Coral at 2B Southchurch Road.  There are even more Betfred branches nearby, too.  It’s safe to say that if you’re in Southend and you fancy a flutter, you’ll be spoilt for choice!
